Description: 

Overall appearance: Incomplete specimen with 37 segment, first 3 segments dorsally inflated


Peristomial cirri: absent


Branchiae a/p: absent (at least in 37 chaetigers)


Antennae: 5, with ceratophores compsed of 3 rings


Anterior chaetae: include barely pseudocompound hooks with elongate hyaline hoods


Other chaetae: chunky bidnetate, sub-acicular, hooded hooks are present from Ch 9?(broken), clearly seen from Ch 10.


 Remarks


This specimen corresponds well with Notonuphis antatrcita, Monro 1930.
